  • This album has long been held high as a breakbeat collectors essential item, however it should be noted that the version of Cynthy-Ruth which appears here, differs to that of the single release (also on Chess) which is the version Dante Carfagna used on the Chains and Black Exhaust mix, and in my opinion the superior version of the two.
